Returns and refunds

Return window
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@selectionclementine.com with your order number to start a return.

Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition received, with all tags/accessories included and attached.

  • Try-on is fine, but please avoid makeup, perfume or deodorant marks.

  • Shoes: try on indoors on a clean surface; soles must be in original condition.

  • Small vintage imperfections that were shown/described in the listing are not considered faults.

Non-returnable items

  • Final Sale / Archive pieces (clearly marked on the product page)

  • Earrings and other intimate accessories

  • Custom alterations or special services (e.g., cobbler refresh)

How to return

  1. Email us for authorisation and instructions.

  2. Pack securely (ideally in our original packaging).

  3. Ship with track & trace; you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original outbound shipping included in the item price is not refunded. Any paid shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll email you when it’s done.

Exchanges
Want a different item? Return for a refund and place a new order, or ask us to hold a piece for 48 hours while your return is on the way.

Faulty items
If we’ve missed something major, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right—repair, replacement or refund.

Authenticity
Every item is covered by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. If an item is proven inauthentic at any time, you’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping.

International returns
Mark the parcel “Returned goods” to avoid customs charges. Any duties/taxes charged back to us will be deducted from the refund.
