Where we ship
We ship from the Netherlands to the NL, EU/UK and worldwide.

Costs

  • Netherlands: shipping is included in the price.

  • EU/UK & International: fair, transparent rates shown at checkout (charged at cost).

Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment. We’ll email your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Carriers & tracking
We use trusted carriers (PostNL / DHL / UPS, depending on destination). All parcels are tracked; higher-value orders may require a signature on delivery.

Estimated delivery

  • NL: ~1–2 business days

  • EU/UK: ~3–7 business days

  • Rest of world: ~7–14 business days
    Please note: peak seasons, strikes or customs checks can add time.

Packaging
Pieces are packed with care in protective, low-waste materials. Gift wrapping available on request.

Customs & duties
Shipments outside the EU may incur customs duties or taxes. These are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark parcels as “gift.”

Address changes
If you need to change the address, contact us immediately. Once a label is created, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Late or missing parcel
If your order is delayed, check the tracking first, then email us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated until your parcel arrives.
